Payment PLAN:

Once you secure your reservation with your non-refundable security deposit and/or trip payment, we’ll calculate an evenly divided billing plan for you.  Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be due according to the proposed schedule you see on your invoice.  The payment schedule is flexible, except for the final payment.  You may make payments as often and in the amounts that you so desire up until your final payment due date.  At the time of the final payment due date, all outstanding funds are due to prevent cancellation of your vacation package (funds that were previously paid are not refundable if the final payment is late or not submitted).  Payments are processed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays of each week; therefore, you will need to keep this in mind when submitting your payments (ex. if your final payment due date falls on a Thursday, you will want to make sure you submit your payment on the Wednesday prior).

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

• Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Not having medical coverage in the case of an injury is even worse.  Trip insurance is therefore recommended, and you will receive a personalized quote via email from Key Occasions, LLC.

• You can also purchase travel insurance on your own.

 

TRAVEL NOTES:

• Virgin Voyages is NOT an all-inclusive cruise; however all dining options are included.  Specialty drinks & alcoholic beverages are not included.  Some onboard activities, special services, and excursions incur an extra fee.  Please be mindful and make preparations for these extra expenses. 

• Traveling on Virgin Voyages requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire soon.  You will need to have your Passport on-hand to embark on and disembark from the cruise ship.

• Refunds will not be provided for expired, lost, or lack of passports.

• Traveling on Virgin Voyages requires each sailor to be fully vaccinated. You will need to have your vaccination card on-hand to embark on and disembark from the ship.

• When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan.

• Provided your full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 15 days or earlier prior to travel.

• Please be mindful that we suggest and recommend all attendees should arrive into Miami, FL on September 1, 2022, before 2 pm.

• It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Key Occasions, LLC of all email address changes.

• This is an adult-only cruise, and passengers under the age of 18 years old are not allowed to sail.  

• You MUST arrange your own travel to Miami, FL with an arrival on or before July 15, 2022. The name of the Miami airport is Miami International Aiprot, and the airport code is MIA.

• The Virgin Voyages port (Terminal V) is located approximately 11 miles from Miami International Airport. 

 

TERMS & POLICIES

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

• All of your payments to Key Occasions, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your Passport and/or government-issued identification

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in

• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

• Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee.  Please note that some Suppliers charge additional name change fees, and these additional charges are at the discretion of individual Travel Supplier(s).

• A late payment fee of $100 per person is required if payments are submitted after the final due date.

• Management must approve all late payment requests before the final payment date on your account.
